No Return Policy
– We appreciate our business, and all sales are considered final. However, we’re happy to help with exchanges or other issues on a case-by-case basis.
Defective or Damaged Items
– If your item arrives defective or damaged, please let us know within 48 hours by emailing us at nnehmat06@gmail.com with:
– Subject line: ORDER ID, PRODUCT CODE, RETURN
– We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with a store credit or exchange.
Refunds (Store Credit Only)
For approved claims, we’ll issue store credit for the full value of the item(s) purchased, valid for 3 months.
We’re happy to provide store credit, and we appreciate your understanding that we don’t offer cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods.
Limited Exchange Policy (Size Only)
– If you need a different size, we’d be happy to help! Please email us at nnehmat06@gmail.com within 48 hours with:
– Subject line: ORDER ID, PRODUCT CODE, EXCHANGE
– Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact
– Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and you’ll be responsible for shipping costs.
